Good news all week!

Last week was pretty chaotic- what with the London College of fashion project that had to be handed in this Monday and a plethora of assessments at work! On top of that my Dad hurt himself badly but luckily he didn't have to go to the hospital!

This week has been nothing but good news for me! I handed my assignment on Monday, my brother managed to call us from Sao Paolo on Tuesday- 6 weeks after he has left on his 'around the world' trip with a few of his friends! He immediately started to ask me what I wanted him to buy me.... hmmmm... I could think of a whole load of things but I let it go and said 'nothing'- well he is away for 6 months and I wouldn't want him to be bogged down by buying a load of things for me! Wednesday my best friend tells me that she has finally got her visa to stay and work in this country!!! She's my shopping partner and I couldn't imagine going shopping with anyone else! Thursday I got my results from the assessments and I was told that I was to be PROMOTED!!!! I can already imagine spending all that extra money on a lovely designer bag...

I've not been having the best of luck with bags... for some reason they just fall apart on me! Look- at least 3 of them have broken!!!
























I was thinking of getting a nice designer one so I know that its gonna be good quality and not fall apart on me! Not that the bags that I buy have been cheap! One of them is vintage- my mum's old bag, so I kinda expected that to fall apart a bit. But seeing as its leather, I think I can get someone to fix it... as for the others... I think it serves me right for not buying leather and probably carrying around too much junk- bottled water, umbrella, tissues, purse, digi-cam (I always take this with me... just in case I see anything interesting or anyone doing anything interesting or even anyone doing anything embarassing to keep as blackmailing material), phone, keys, oyster card and of course the relevant make up items!! hehehe....

I was looking at these bags.... if only!!!
